Any non emergency repair or maintenance request must be made using this form. If Affordable Property Management Orange County does not contact you within 24 hours (week-days/non holiday) please call the office at 714-429-0440. If repairs or maintenance items are determined to have been caused by the tenant, tenant will be charged for services rendered.
